TIDAL STATUS

Varies from 1 and a half hours either side of low tide to non-tidal. See individual sections.

BOLTING POLICY

No bolting.

PREAMBLE

A complex stretch of coastline offering much rock, but with the exception of Boiler Slab, few concentrations of routes. The area abounds in small isolated buttresses. White Pillar being the best of these and the area is a pleasant place to walk and explore away from the hordes.

ACCESS

Many of thes crags are located in the some of the remotest parts of the Gower coast.

Parking for Crags west of and including White Pillar, it is quicker to park at Pilton Green Farm (51.561586, -4.242797 - SS 446871).

For crags from Upper Black Hole Crag to Overton Cliff it may be quicker to park at Overton which has limited parking spaces.

For Culver Hole and Port Eynon Cave Park in Port Eynon Beach car park.
