PREAMBLE

This is the small (12m high) buttress around the corner to the east of Boiler Slab. It provides a friendly and less windy venue than Boiler Slab.

ACCESS

As for Boiler Slab

DESCENTS

Walk off easily.

THE ROUTES

1. The Missing Jug 6m HS

Start at the right hand end of a grassy ledge under the centre of a roof. Climb to just under the roof and move about 2m left on good breaks, then climb directly over the roof to top out.

2. Little Shrew 10m S

Climb a leftward facing groove through the bulges about 5 metres left of their right end (3 metres left of Fly Tipping).

3. Fly Tipping S

On the western flank, climb through the bulges about 2m from their right end.

4. Rib One HD

Gain the square cut overhang right of the arete from the groove below, avoid it via the slab to the left.

5. Rib Two HD

As for Rib One, but climb the rubble to the right of the overhang. Poor.

6. The Forgotten Fleece S 4a

Traverse from left to right. Start at the Obvious small cave, climb up and then traverse rightwards beneath an overhang on good breaks. Once past the overhangs, exit up the second obvious groove. An 'old' bolt hanger belay at top.
